Heres a very interesting selection. While you might not think youve ever heard Clint Mansell, chances are you have. First, he composed that incredible track to Requiem for a Dream which was later featured in a Lord of the Rings trailer. Second, he was once frontman for the now defunct Pop Will Eat Itself. This collection comes from the original score of the Motion Picture, Smokin Aces. Part post rock, part electro, part classical. The first track, Surveillance, gives you an immediate glimpse at how Mansell combines all these styles into quite the listening experience.
