Lonzport new uploader is wired up

and yes its turned on for you minions...go easy on her, seems solid, but I know how you all like to throw curveballs.  So, as improvements go - this one is in Silverlight, so good in all browsers and in the event something goes bump...well the error handling should at least give some indication.
