When he ditched his pop-evil ways, Joe Walsh knew how to turn out some dark country before anyone knew what the hell that meant. You'd have to be a Joe Walsh fan (which I am not) to appreciate this entire collection but Turn to Stone makes the whole thing worth it and remains a dark southern rock standard today. I've added 1985's The Confessor to the list as a worthy bonus.
