Had I listened to Wovenwar debut when it was released last year, it would have easily made it to my top 10 list. Wovenwar is an Alt Metal act born from As I Lay Dying after procuring a shiny new vocalist as a result of the whole hire-a-hitman-to-kill-my-wife escapade with the previous vocalist. The album starts off with the obligatory instrumental setup and then rips into track after track of quality metal. This one is not to be missed.
