Ive been into these guys since their 2006 release: Crisis. Alexisonfire covers all the nu-metal bases but manages to add

their own flare which makes them standout in a very crowded genre. The first two tracks continue the straight-forward assault

we heard in Crisis while "The Northern" and "Burial" show the group maturing into a multi-dimensional metal act.
